As part of our End User Agreement (EULA) you cannot share login or account details on our platform.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory requirement for all users and needs to be attached to a unique login and verification process, not a shared access.
- For your security, there is an audit process within the platform to show who created matters, who uploaded or removed documents, who shared matters, etc.
- Any annotations or chronologies made will need to be assigned to an individual user.
- Any shared passwords and login details will expose your firm to a risk when a user leaves.
