A solicitor has shared a matter with me, but all of the folders appear to be empty.

I can see there are a number of documents, but nothing shows when I click the 'Documents' tab.

The solicitor has given you 'upload permissions' only.

Ask them to delete this share and add a new share which gives you full permission.
