Why does each user need to have their own eBrief Ready login and account?

This article explains why it is important for each user to have their own unique login and account for eBrief Ready.

As part of our End User Agreement (EULA) you cannot share login or account details on our platform.

1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory requirement for all users and needs to be attached to a unique login and verification process, not a shared access.
2. For your security, there is an audit process within the platform to show who created matters, who uploaded or removed documents, who shared matters, etc.
3. Any annotations or chronologies made will need to be assigned to an individual user.
4. Any shared passwords and login details will expose your firm to a risk when a user leaves.
