# What’s the simplest way to share downloads with others?

You can instantly share a link to a download with anyone, without the need for the recipient to have their own eBrief Ready account.

## How to share a download

1. Open your Matter
2. Click **Downloads** under **Extras** in the left hand menu
3. Click **the three dots**and click **Sharing Link**

The **Create Sharing Link** window will open.

1. Enter an email in the **Enter an email** field and click the **Plus** icon 
2. Click **Create**
3. Click the **Clipboard** to copy the generated link 

## Revoking access

If you no longer want people to have access to the download, click **Sharing Link** and then **Revoke**. Any link you have previously shared will no longer work.
